Pricing:

Our pricing structure is greatly dependant on two factors:
The scope of work we are providing your company and the timeline in which that work must be completed. Typically our clients have chosen to work with us on either a Retainer or project by project basis.

Retainer
Clients who choose this payment arrangement are afforded the benefit of monthly installments. Perfect for smaller budgets or larger ones that require complex monitoring or measurability. The cost of your total advertising and marketing program is added up, a reasonable deposit to commence work agreed upon, and the remainder divided by the number of months required to execute that program.

The resulting monthly amount, plus expenditures, is then due at the beginning of each month. Time is billed against the hours estimated for each project. If an estimate is off by more than 10% we seek written approval before proceeding.

Project-by-Project
Some clients prefer to pay for one project at time, rather than making equal monthly payments. When working together in this fashion each project is quoted separately at the time it is requested.

A 50% deposit is due up front for each individual assignment. Balances are due upon delivery unless otherwise agreed to in advance. Two sets of revisions are included, upon delivery of two revisions, additional charges are billed on an hourly basis.

Note: In this type of arrangement, individual project quotes are used to estimate project costs as well as deadline time frames. Until both client and H&A accept a quote, deadlines and cost estimates cannot be guaranteed.
